Is there a Death Tax? - Dollars & Making Sense 5 Sep 2023
Ponder whether there are in place today de facto death taxes. Always willing to be convinced with a logical argument, Peter's view is hard to disagree with - Capital Gains Tax and Superannuation have by design or unintended consequence, potentially fit that description of a "death tax".
